SYNOPSIS: The story of an unusual friendship, “THE NEW SCARF” brings us into the world of a fifteen year old High School dropout, raised by a single mother, who divides his energies between his local skateboard park, where he strives to escape his problems, and thinking about the father he barely remembers. When he meets an elderly woman while riding the bus, he begins a journey that will bring him face to face with a moment of truth; how he responds will determine whether he will grow into a young man with adult values, or remain stuck in adolesence and isolation.
